All orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Note: due to the peak sales period including Sale Frenzy, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, please allow up to an additional 48 hours for your orders to be picked, dispatched and delivered. Our team are working hard to ensure the delay is minimal and we thank you for your patience during this time. 

*Please note, corporate-hippie-connection  is not responsible for any delays caused by USA Post, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

All USA Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if USA Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - USA Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, corporate-hippie-connection is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, corporate-hippie-connection will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
